Advocacy 101 and Beyond for Homecare Nurses

ICHNO Advocacy Committee

In May 2024 we published our first installation in the IHCNO digital newsletter. We defined advocate, advocacy, and encouraged our membership to consider the importance of advocacy. Advocates defend, support, and promote the interests of a group.

In this our second installment, we will share an amazing TEDx Talk, “Lessons from Nursing to the World”, Kathleen Bartholomew’s, nursing story of saving patient’s lives, dismantling hierarchies, and forming healthy team alliances, who we are, and where your IHCNO Advocacy committee is headed.
